Role Overview

We are seeking an exceptionally creative and detail-oriented Senior Motion Graphic Designe r with 5+ years of digital agency experience. In this role, you will act as a core visualizer—translating creative briefs into high-converting, scroll-stopping social media assets and dynamic visual content across multiple digital touchpoints

.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily Creative Production : Conceptualize, design, and animate high-quality daily social media creatives usi ng Adobe Photos hop a nd After Effe c ts.

• Multi-Format Visuals : Produce diverse digital assets including motion graphics, GIFs, short-form video content, Instagram Stories/Reels, website banners, and display ads.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner directly with social media strategists, copywriters, and content teams to ideate and execute innovative visual campaigns based on project br iefs.

• Trend & Format Innovation : Stay ahead of minimal design aesthetics, platform UI updates, and emerging social media trends to keep visual outputs modern and competitive.

• Brand Consistency & Accuracy : Maintain strict brand guidelines across all deliverables with sharp attention to typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and color theory.

• Project & Time Management : Manage multiple design streams simultaneously, delivering pixel-perfect assets under tight daily deadlines.

Required Qualifications

• E xperience: 5 to 6 years of hands-on experience in graphic design within a digital marketing agency environment.

• Education: Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or equivalent extensive practical experience.

• Techni cal Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe After Effects (knowledge of Premiere Pro, Illustrator, or Figma is a strong plus).

• Portfolio Requiremen t: An active Behance or online portfolio showcasing real agency work, motion graphics, and social media campaigns is mandatory.

• Core Competencies: Strong conceptual thinking, excellent time management, visual storytelling capability, and meticulous attention to detail.
