Job Description:

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Senior Sales Engineer to join our commercial team in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

As our new Senior Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for driving business growth across the Gujarat region by promoting company's analytical solutions and services to customers in the food, agriculture, and allied industries. You will work closely with customers to understand their requirements, identify opportunities, and deliver value-driven solutions that support their business goals.

Reporting to the Sales Director, you will collaborate closely with the sales and service teams while building long-term customer relationships and contributing to the continued growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and achieve territory targets

• Build strong customer relationships and identify new business opportunities

• Promote company products, services, and digital solutions

• Develop sales strategies for key accounts and market segments

• Track customer activities, quotations, and opportunities through CRM systems

Required Skills

• 3-4 years of experience in instrument sales, capital equipment sales, or business development

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Food technology/Life Sciences, MBA pref.

• Strong techno-commercial, negotiation, and customer-handling skills

• Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities

• Proactive mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction and business growth

• The person should have very good understanding of Gujarat market and have done sales activities in that region.

• Candidates need to cater industries like - Feed & forage, grains & oils, Food & beverages, laboratories, Dairy & Raw Milk testing, pharma cos, nutraceutical cos, petrol & chemicals, etc.
