Controls EngineerMiami, FLPay: $40-50 an hour
Required Skills & Experience• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Controls Engineering, or related field; or equivalent hands-on experience.• 1–5 years of experience in industrial controls, automation, or related engineering discipline.• Practical experience with PLCs (Allen Bradley ControlLogix / CompactLogix, Siemens S7/TIA Portal, or similar).• Ability to read electrical schematics, P&IDs, and mechanical drawings.• Strong troubleshooting skills with sensors, pneumatics, VFDs, and electromechanical systems.• Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (EtherNet/IP, Profinet, Modbus, etc.).Soft Skills• Strong problem solving mindset with a willingness to get hands-on.• Comfortable working in fast paced operational environments.• Effective communicator with technicians, operators, vendors, and engineers.• High attention to detail and ownership of assigned tasks.• Ability to manage multiple priorities and support projects from concept through deployment.________________________________________Physical Requirements• Ability to work on the shop floor around industrial machinery. xzbcwsv • Capability to lift up to 40 lbs occasionally.• Willingness to travel to sites or vendors as required (typically
