Seasonal Retail Associate - Luxury Fashion Brand

Our client, a Luxury Fashion Brand, is looking for a Retail Sales Associate to assist their staff in New York City! You must be able to work full-time hours through the holiday season / weekends are required.

Responsibilities:Welcome all clients and manage traffic flowSupport the achievement of overall sales objectivesSupport team with client servicing (gift wrapping, catering clients, sales processing)Maintain/ organize the stock roomReplenish the sales floor as neededSupport client advisors with managing appointmentsAssist with shipping orders & receiving new merchandiseSupport the team with daily operational tasks as needed
Qualifications:Experience in retail sales required, high-end luxury preferredMicrosoft Office proficientFlexible to work weekends, holidays & standard retail hoursStrong understanding of customer service needs and customer prioritiesStrong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyFluency in English, additional language skills a plus
