What You'll Do Source, recruit, interview, and present top talent across a variety of industries and professional positions. Manage the entire recruiting process—from sourcing to interviewing, negotiating offers, and closing placements. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates while consistently exceeding performance goals. Collaborate with a supportive, high-performing team that celebrates wins and helps each other succeed.
What Makes You Successful Competitive with a strong desire to win. Relationship-driven and naturally curious. Excellent communicator who enjoys talking with people all day. Resilient—you don't let "no" stop you. Organized and able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
What You'll Bring3+ years of recruiting, staffing, account management, or similar experience preferred.Success working in a metrics-driven and/or commission-based environment.Experience using ATS and CRM systems is a plus.Bachelor's degree preferred but not required for candidates with a proven track record of success.
