Full-Time | ₹4–5 LPA + Performance Incentives
We’re looking for an experienced healthcare professional who can connect with hospitals, generate qualified leads, identify training opportunities, and drive hospital projects from conversation to execution.
YOUR ROLE
Connect • Identify • Generate • Coordinate • Grow
- Build relationships with hospital management & decision-makers.
- Generate leads and identify training/consulting opportunities.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate discussions.
- Work with the MBA team on proposals and project execution.
- Manage hospital communication, follow-ups & coordination.
- Build long-term hospital partnerships and repeat opportunities.
WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years of relevant hospital/healthcare experience
- Strong hospital network and industry understanding.
- Experience in Hospital Operations, Administration, HR, Quality, Patient Experience, Training, or Business Development.
- Strong communication, networking & coordination skills.
- Self-driven with a business-oriented mindset.
