Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Mumbai for a Communications Designer. The Communications Designer will be responsible for developing visual communication materials, creating branding concepts, designing graphics, and crafting corporate design solutions to effectively communicate ideas. The designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive visual messaging and contribute to the creative process in alignment with the company's brand identity.
KEY TASKS:
– Website Maintenance, uploading, portfolio managing
– Instagram and day-to-day social content
– Decks and presentations
– Digital assets and brand touchpoints
– Supporting and building the overall visual language of the brand
Qualifications
Strong proficiency in Communication Design and Visual Communication to support brand identity and project messaging. Expertise in Branding and Graphics for creating visually compelling and cohesive designs. Keen eye for detail, creativity, and an understanding of current industry trends in the fashion and advertising sectors. Proficiency in design tools and software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, In Design, etc.). Bachelor's degree in Communication Design, Graphic Design, or a related field is strongly preferred. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and maintain clear communication with stakeholders. Experience in working with brands or designers, particularly in the fashion or advertising industry, is a plus.KEY NOTE:
– The ability to think beyond posts and build narratives over time
– A self-starting approach and consistency in output
– A clear point of view and curatorial instinct
You'll be expected to shape content, develop ideas, and contribute to how the brand engages drawing from ongoing conversations, references, and context.
Working knowledge of Adobe Suite is required. Basic photography or an understanding of imagery is important.
This is a role for someone who wants to build their own brief and execute it to expand the world of feat.
