The Motion Graphic Designer will create and animate visual assets for videos, social media content, presentations, and digital campaigns, aligning all work with brand guidelines and project objectives. Daily tasks include conceptualizing motion design ideas, developing storyboards, designing graphics, producing motion graphics sequences, and collaborating with the creative and marketing teams to refine visual narratives. The role involves preparing assets for video production, optimizing content for different platforms, and maintaining organized project files and archives. The Motion Graphic Designer will also stay current with industry trends, tools, and techniques to continually improve the quality and impact of visual content.</p><p><br /></p><p><b>Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>Strong skills in Motion Design and Motion Graphics, with a portfolio demonstrating animated visual storytelling.</li><li>Experience in Video Production, including preparing assets, basic editing workflows, and understanding timelines and formats.</li><li>Proficiency in Graphic Design and Graphics creation for digital and social media platforms.</li><li>Advanced knowledge of industry-standard design and animation tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent).</li><li>Ability to interpret creative briefs, develop visual concepts, and translate ideas into compelling motion content.</li><li>Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional creative, marketing, and client teams.</li><li>Relevant diploma or degree in Animation, Design, Visual Communication, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.</li><li>Experience in branding, digital campaigns, and storytelling-focused projects is an advantage.</li></ul><img src="https://www.jobg8.com/Tracking.aspx?KtuheYUdMWU0%2fDnVvQawQLCEoOjnaJrVp" width="0" height="0" />
