The position sits within the Strategic Performance Improvement team in Environmental Health, Safety, and Quality (EHSQ). Key deliverables span four main operational pillars:

• Organizational Change Management (OCM) & Strategic Improvement:
• Drive organizational capability, change leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Provide strategic leadership to mature management systems, streamline processes, and maintain operational consistency across EHSQ and operations.
• Grassroots Continuous Improvement (CI) Program:
• Support the rollout and deployment of an enterprise-wide, grassroots CI program.
• Foster a continuous improvement mindset, assist in gathering employee ideas, and guide them through implementation.
• Change Management & Management of Change (MOC):
• Drive OCM and stakeholder engagement for Environmental Management System improvements to help mitigate environmental risks and drive employee adoption of new risk-control processes.
• Executive & Operational Communications:
• Develop and execute communications for the VP of EHSQ and broader environmental messaging sent to both internal EHSQ teams and field/operating units.
• Master's degree (Organizational Behavior, Business Psychology, IO Psychology, or Business). Candidates with a Bachelor's degree and solid experience are fully acceptable.
