Trane Technologies is seeking a Digital Area Service Manager to lead the Digital Services team in the Upper Midwest Region. You will oversee repair, upgrades, service agreements, and installations, coordinating with sales and field technicians to deliver reliable, secure, and scalable digital service offerings.

You will manage P&L, budgets, and staffing while driving safety, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence across multiple sites. Occasional travel to customer sites is required.
