Sales Business Development Executive

About the Role<p>We're looking for a driven and ambitious Sales &amp; Business Development Executive to help grow Inscale Home's presence across retail, B2B, and luxury home décor markets. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, meeting clients, and converting opportunities into sales. </p>Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Generate new business through architects, interior designers, builders, luxury retailers, hotels, and corporate clients. </li><li>Visit potential clients, conduct product presentations, and build long-term relationships. </li><li>Follow up on leads generated through Instagram, WhatsApp, exhibitions, and referrals. </li><li>Identify new partnership and business opportunities. </li><li>Manage the complete sales cycle—from lead generation to order closure. </li><li>Maintain a CRM/database of prospects and follow-up schedules. </li><li>Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth order execution. </li><li>Represent Inscale Home at exhibitions, networking events, and industry meetings. </li><li>Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets. </li> </ul>Requirements<ul><li>1–4 years of experience in sales or business development. </li><li>Excellent communication and negotiation skills. </li><li>Comfortable with field sales and client meetings. </li><li>Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven. </li><li>Experience in luxury retail, interiors, furniture, home décor, or lifestyle brands is a strong advantage. </li><li>Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the city. </li> </ul>What We're Looking For<ul><li>Someone who enjoys meeting new people. </li><li>Strong relationship-building skills. </li><li>High ownership and accountability. </li><li>Professional presentation and communication. </li><li>A growth mindset with a hunger to learn and perform. </li> </ul>KPIs<ul><li>New client meetings scheduled </li><li>Qualified leads generated </li><li>Sales closed </li><li>Revenue generated </li><li>New B2B partnerships onboarded </li><li>Repeat business from existing clients </li> </ul>
