Yoga Lead- Hindi

Yoga Circle by cult is looking for an experienced Hindi-speaking yoga teacher to lead our Hindi classes and digital content.

This is a full-time, in-person role based in Bengaluru. It is not a remote or hybrid work opportunity. The person must be based in Bengaluru or relocate before joining.

This is an on-camera role for someone who can make yoga simple, safe and relatable for beginners, adults above 40 and people with different fitness levels.

The right candidate should communicate in clear, natural and conversational Hindi, and adapt teaching cues and content for a Hindi-speaking audience rather than directly translating from English.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and shoot full-length Hindi yoga classes for Yoga Circle.
• Offer safe and practical modifications, including chair and lower-intensity options.
• Create short-form and long-form content for Instagram, YouTube and other digital platforms.
• Contribute ideas for Hindi classes, social media content and member-facing initiatives.
• Review class ratings, member feedback and performance data, and use these insights to improve teaching quality, language and class experience.
• Review and adapt Hindi scripts, teaching cues and yoga-related communication.
• Maintain consistency in Hindi terminology, teaching tone and content quality.
• Work with content, production, marketing, product and member-experience teams on projects requiring yoga and Hindi-language expertise.
• Participate in class planning, rehearsals, shoots, content reviews and quality checks.
• Support the training and calibration of other Hindi teachers as the offering grows.
• Dedicate 3–4 hours each weekday to filming live and on-demand yoga classes (with limited weekend filming), and spend the remaining time in the corporate office driving class and format innovation, planning upcoming sessions, reviewing member feedback, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and designing engagement initiatives to continuously enhance the Yoga Circle experience.

Must-have qualifications and experience

• At least five years of yoga teaching experience.
• A recognised yoga teaching certification.
• Excellent spoken Hindi and working proficiency in English.
• Proven experience teaching and shooting recorded yoga classes.
• Proven experience creating video content for Instagram, YouTube or similar platforms.
• A natural, warm and confident on-camera presence.
• Strong verbal cueing and demonstration skills.
• A sound understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, safe sequencing, modifications and common contraindications.
• Experience teaching beginners, adults above 40 or mixed-ability groups.
• Comfort receiving feedback and improving based on member responses and content performance.
• Strong preparation, reliability and ownership during shoots.
• Must be based in Bengaluru or willing to relocate before joining.

Preferred experience

• Experience writing, reviewing or adapting Hindi scripts.
• Experience with chair yoga, accessible yoga or teaching people with limited mobility.
• Experience teaching large groups.
