Required Skills:

• Strong experience in US IT Recruitment
• Hands-on experience with job portals
• Good understanding of IT technologies such as Java, .NET, Cloud, Data , etc.
• Experience sourcing candidates through portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking channels
• Strong candidate screening and evaluation skills
• Ability to maintain excellent candidate relationships and candidate experience
• Experience working with ATS and recruitment tracking metrics
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
