Role Description The Creative Executive – Video Editing + Graphics role is an on-site position based in Gurugram. This role involves editing video content for various digital platforms, creating motion graphics, and designing visual assets that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. The Creative Executive will collaborate with marketing and content teams to translate briefs into compelling visual stories, manage multiple projects and deadlines, and ensure consistency in branding across all deliverables. Daily tasks include video editing, basic sound design, creating thumbnails and social media graphics, preparing assets for ads, and optimizing content for different formats and channels.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present creative ideas clearly.
• Candidates should possess Video Editing & Graphic Design skills, including proficiency with industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator or equivalents).
• Candidates should possess good knowledge of Adobe Suite.
• Candidates should possess Branding skills to ensure visual consistency and alignment with brand identity across video and graphic assets.
• Experience in video editing for social media, advertising, or digital campaigns is highly beneficial.
• A portfolio showcasing video editing and graphic design work is required.
• Relevant education in design, media, communication, or a related field is an advantage, though equivalent practical experience is also valued.
