Position: Senior Accounts Manager

Experience: 15–20 Years

Location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh

Employment Type: Full-Time

• Manage complete accounting and finance operations of the organization.
• Prepare and finalize Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, and other financial statements .
• Handle taxation, GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance .
• Ensure timely preparation and filing of GST returns and tax returns .
• Manage day-to-day accounting, ledger scrutiny, bank reconciliation, receivables, and payables.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure proper documentation.
• Handle Tally and ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and statutory authorities.
• Prepare MIS and financial reports for management.
• Monitor cash flow, expenses, outstanding payments, and collections.
• Supervise and guide the accounts team.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and statutory requirements.

• 15–20 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
• Strong hands-on experience in Balance Sheet preparation and finalization .
• Excellent knowledge of Taxation, GST, TDS, and Income Tax .
• Tally proficiency is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Experience in handling audits and statutory compliance.
• Strong team management and analytical skills.
• Candidates from construction, infrastructure, architecture, or consulting industries will be preferred.
