Project Operations Lead

Your Role at a Glance Role Purpose The Project Operations Lead is responsible for leading the end-to-end implementation of HES, MDM and the complete Utility IT Stack from Project Kick-off through Go-Live and Support handover. The role ensures that customer requirements are translated into a fully integrated, tested and operational solution while maintaining Cuculus delivery standards and agreed project timelines. Working closely with the Technical Head , Project Manager , Customers and internal technical teams, the Project Operations Lead provides the technical leadership required during implementation. The role focuses on execution, coordination and operational readiness, ensuring that every project progresses smoothly towards successful deployment and customer acceptance. Required skills
