Luxury Watch Works is an independent, modern workshop with state-of-the-art infrastructure and globally trained specialists who repair, service, and restore luxury watches across leading international brands as well as noteworthy vintage timepieces. Based in Mumbai, the company offers authentic, international-standard after-sales service for watch collectors and connoisseurs across India.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new leads and acquire customers for Hour Circle – Product Lifecycle Management Program (), a solution for safeguarding luxury timepieces. Sell luxury watch accessories such as straps, winders, and related products. Promote the Virtual Vault Report, a proprietary digital certification for luxury watch authenticity. Support customers with after-sales service estimates (B2 C). Build and nurture long-term customer relationships. Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research. Effectively communicate new products and service offerings to prospective customers. Maintain accurate sales records and follow up with leads.

Requirements

0–4 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation. Excellent communication skills in English (Hindi/Marathi is an advantage). Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated with a customer-first approach. Prior exposure to luxury watches, luxury retail, premium lifestyle brands, jewellery, or high-value products, financial instruments - PMS or insurance, will be an added advantage.

Energetic and eager to build a career in luxury sales. Comfortable interacting with high-net-worth individuals and discerning customers. Presentable, confident, and willing to learn about luxury watches and related products.
