What the job looks like- Own the campaign calendar and make sure everything that ships looks like the same brand- Plan and run events, sponsorships and local promotions- Produce collateral, proposals and presentations, using Adobe Creative Suite or Canva- Run the website in a CMS and keep it current- Run email and lead follow-up in HubSpot or Mailchimp- Manage vendors and agencies, and track what the spend returns
What I'm looking for- 5+ years of marketing in construction, homebuilding, engineering, real estate or professional services- Hands-on across channels: you build as well as plan- Comfortable producing your xzbcwsv own design work in Canva or Adobe- Google Analytics and a CRM or email platform- Based in the Charleston area or ready to move
Nice to have- Experience in a homebuilder, engineering firm or wealth management firm- Google Ads or local SEO
