General manager - project management

Job Description -
Lead the project management team for all international projects.
Act as a focal point for all communications with the international clients.
Ensure kick-off meetings, weekly meetings, interface meetings and project closure meetings are organized and lead from the front.
Liaise with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Procurement, Technical Services, Quality, Operations, Planning, Logistics, EXIM, Finance) and the Customer to effectively resolve the matters pertaining to each function.
Monitoring timely submission of commercial documents, Weekly and Monthly reports, updating data in SAP, and timely closure of customer complaints/doubts.
Timely reporting to the higher management on the project status & raise red flags to ensure swift resolution.
Strategic meetings with internal stakeholders on the projects of sequencing & deliverable.
Cashflow projection against each project as per their respective payment milestones.
Sales projection & providing business plan on the projects in hand.\
Experience - 12-15 Years of experience in Project Management.
Qualification - Graduation with MBA, PGDM, Project Management.
