Review K-1 and K-3 packages in detail before they go out to limited partners, general partners and employees, and help load them for deliveryWork alongside outside tax advisors and the fund administrator on federal, state and international filings, including international information returnsBuild the analysis, schedules and support behind each entity’s returns and wider tax reportingCalculate and track estimated tax payments, including state pass-through entity taxMaintain tax basis records at both the entity and the individual levelValidate W-8 forms, keep foreign investor classifications current, and review FATCA, CRS and foreign xzbcwsv account filingsKeep the tax calendar on track so every filing and payment lands on timeRespond to notices and audits from tax authorities at the federal and state level, and answer tax questions from investors and internal teams
