ENGINEER , QA- QC- </b> </p> <p></p> <p>HI.<br /> We are in urgent need of <b>Sr. Engineer QA/QC </b><br /> <b>Experience </b>Required: 6–10 years (preferred in heavy engineering / bearing) </p> <p><b>Required Qualifications </b>: <b>Skills  </b><br /> Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical / Metallurgical Engineering or related field<br /> <b>Certification </b> in <b>NDT Level II (UT / PT / MT )<br /> </b>Strong knowledge of <b>ISO quality systems </b><br /> Ability to read and understand technical drawings and<b> GD&amp;T<br /> </b><b><br /> Job Summary </b>:<br /> We are looking for a skilled QA/QC Personnel with experience in heavy engineering manufacturing .<br /> The candidate will be responsible for ensuring product quality through inspection, testing, and adherence to relevant standards and specifications. </p> <p><b>Key Responsibilities </b>:<br /> 1) Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and customer requirements<br /> 2) Conduct in-process and final inspections of components<br /> 3) Ensure compliance with ISO standards and company quality procedures<br /> 4) Perform and supervise <b>NDT inspections (UT, PT, as applicable) </b><br /> 5) Prepare and maintain quality documents, inspection reports, and test certificates<br /> 6) Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for defects and implement corrective actions<br /> 7) Coordinate with production, design, and client inspection teams<br /> 8) Handle customer inspections and audits<br /> 9) Ensure calibration and proper usage of measuring instruments<br /> 10)Maintain traceability of materials and processes<br /> 11) Handle a quality team independently </p>
