Licensed Practical Nurse - Skilled Nursing Facility

University Park Care Center in Colorado Springs, CO is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide compassionate, resident-centered care in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. The LPN will deliver direct bedside care, administer medications and treatments, monitor and document resident conditions, and support recovery and long-term care goals. You’ll collaborate closely with RNs, therapists, physicians, and CNAs to implement individualized care plans, educate residents and families, and promote safety, dignity, and comfort.
