Alex Hanna Law, P.A. is seeking motivated, dedicated, and passionate Immigration Attorneys to join our growing Immigration Department.Whether you're beginning your legal career or looking to transition into immigration law, we offer the training, mentorship, and hands-on experience needed to develop your skills and succeed.At Alex Hanna Law, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people's lives while building a successful legal career.
What You'll Do
Represent clients in immigration court proceedings, hearings, and before government agencies.Handle a variety of immigration matters, including removal and deportation defense, bond hearings, asylum, adjustment of status, citizenship, and appeals.Prepare and draft motions, legal briefs, petitions, and other legal documents.Meet with clients, evaluate cases, and develop effective legal strategies.Advocate for clients while protecting their rights and interests.Collaborate with experienced attorneys and legal support staff.Gain valuable hands-on experience in immigration litigation and courtroom advocacy.
What We're Looking For
Active membership in good standing with the Bar of any U.S. state.Genuine interest in immigration law and a passion for helping individuals and families navigate the immigration process.Prior immigration law experience is not required. We provide comprehensive training and mentorship for motivated attorneys who are eager to learn and grow in this practice area.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities.Strong work ethic, professionalism, and willingness to learn.Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced legal environment.Spanish-speaking skills are a plus.
