Hiring: Recruitment Executive – IT & Non-IT

Experience: 0–3 Years

We are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented professionals to join our recruitment team.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT & Non-IT positions. Source candidates through job portals, Linked In and other channels. Use Boolean/search techniques to identify relevant profiles. Screen candidates and coordinate interviews. Understand job requirements and maintain candidate pipelines. Work towards recruitment targets and timelines.

Requirements:

0–3 years of experience in recruitment/HR. Internship experience in recruitment will also be considered. Good knowledge of job portals such as Naukri and Linked In. Basic knowledge of Boolean/search techniques. Good communication and coordination skills. Target-oriented, proactive and willing to learn.
