Required: Should have hands-on experience in both graphic designing and video editing, along with proficiency in using Generative AI tools.

Job Responsibilities:

• Own the brand’s visual language across all touchpoints — social, website, campaigns, emailers, packaging, presentations, and print.
• Conceptualize and design high-impact creatives that support marketing, product launches, and campaigns.
• Familiarity with GenAI Tools: Basic knowledge of GenAI tools used for creating animated assets and sketches.
• Translate briefs into compelling layouts, graphics, illustrations, and digital assets.
• Create mood boards, design mock-ups, and visual templates for recurring content.
• Collaborate with writers, UI/UX designers and marketers to deliver cohesive output.
• Maintain brand guidelines and ensure visual consistency across projects.
• Oversee art direction for shoots, video productions, and high-value campaign creatives.
• Stronger capability in video-led content creation, especially AI-led videos, shoot-based edits, and stock-led video formats

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, or related field.
• 4+ years of proven experience in creative/art direction or as a visual designer.
• hands-on with video production and editing, with a strong command over tools used for transitions, motion, pacing, stock footage integration, sound design, and overall video storytelling.
• candidate should be able to independently edit videos, enhance shoot-based footage, work with stock assets, add relevant transitions and effects, and create polished outputs aligned with the current fast paced brand requirements.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Figma, Canva, etc.
• Strong grasp of color theory, typography, layout design, and composition.
• Experience in both static and motion design.
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working in branding or advertising agencies.
• Exposure to marketing for digital products, education brands, or tech companies.
