<p> Company Overview: Sisters in Sweat is building one of India’s most exciting women-first sports and wellness communities through experiences that bring people together - from weekly sports sessions and workshops to tournaments, socials, and city-wide events. </p><p> Company Website: </p> <p> This role is ideal for candidates with experience in community operations, sports events, fitness communities, sports academies, running clubs, or member-led engagement programs. </p> <p> </p><p> Job Title: Sports Community & Events Lead </p><p> Office Location: Westminister Complex, Cunningham Rd, Bangalore </p><p> Work Mode: WFO + Regular on-ground presence at events & sessions </p><p> CTC Offered: Up to 8 LPA CTC (Subject to experience/last drawn) </p><p> </p><p> What You’ll Do: </p><p> </p><p> Community Growth & Experience Build and grow a highly engaged city community Create experiences members genuinely want to come back to Be the face of the community both on-ground and online Engage actively with members across Whats App and other community channels Build strong member relationships and gather feedback to continuously improve experiences </p><p> City Planning & Programming Curate and publish monthly city calendars Plan a strong mix of sports sessions, workshops, tournaments, and social experiences Stay connected to city trends, culture, and community interests to keep programming fresh and relevant </p><p> Revenue & Business Performance Track attendance, participation, and revenue performance regularly Build monthly projections and monitor city performance trends Drive growth of memberships and multi-sport packages (MSP) Use data and insights to improve participation, retention, and revenue performance </p><p> Operations & Execution Ensure all sessions and events are accurately listed and live on the platform Manage smooth end-to-end execution of sessions, events, and experiences Be present on-ground during sessions and events to ensure quality and engagement Handle reschedules, cancellations, and operational challenges proactively </p><p> Partnerships & Stakeholder Management Manage relationships with coaches, venues, and city partners Negotiate commercials and maintain strong partner coordination Ensure partners align with experience and operational expectations Maintain backup options for venues and coaches </p><p> Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with marketing, brand, and communications teams on launches, campaigns, and event promotions Share on-ground insights and community feedback to improve campaigns and engagement </p><p> </p><p> We’re Looking For Someone Who Is: High energy and people-first Organized and execution-focused Comfortable working weekends / flexible schedules around events Strong at communication and relationship building Passionate about sports, fitness, wellness, or communities Experience in community operations, sports event management, fitness communities, sports academies, or member-led engagement programs preferred. </p><p> Why Join Us? </p><p> Build a city-wide community from the ground up </p> <p> High ownership role with direct impact </p> <p> Work with athletes, creators, coaches, and communities </p> <p> Access sports sessions, workshops, and events </p> <p> No two days are the same </p> <p></p> <p></p> <p></p> <p></p> <p></p> <p></p> <p></p> <p></p> <p></p> <p></p> <p></p> <p></p> <p></p> <p></p> <p></p> <p></p> <p></p> <p></p>
