We serve families across Douglas, El Paso, Teller, Lincoln and surrounding counties with companionship, personal care, Alzheimer’s and dementia care, and a growing Class A nursing program. We recently expanded by acquiring our neighboring franchise in north Colorado Springs, and we’re building a leadership team to match that growth.The OpportunityThis is a newly created senior leadership role. As VP of Nursing Services, you’ll lead and grow our Class A nursing line, serving as Director of Nursing and clinical manager for our license. You’ll ensure safe, high-quality, compliant care and own the strategy to grow nursing services across both territories. This is a chance to build a program, not just run one.What You’ll DoClinical leadership and complianceServe as VP of Nursing and clinical manager for our Class A home care licenseMaintain nursing policies, procedures and protocols in line with Colorado CDPHE regulations and Home Instead standardsOversee nursing assessments, care plans, delegation, supervisory visits and documentationLead survey readiness and corrective action plansEnsure HIPAA complianceProgram growthBuild and execute an annual growth plan for nursing servicesDevelop referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers and senior living communitiesDesign and price nursing service offerings, and identify new service linesSupport Client Care Managers in assessing and converting clients with nursing needsTeam leadershipRecruit, hire, train and lead RNs, LPNs and part-time nursing staffProvide clinical training, competency checks and coachingCoordinate nursing visit coverage with our scheduling teamOperations and financial performanceOwn the nursing program budget, margin and productivityReport monthly on revenue, census, quality and visit complianceServe on the leadership team and help shape agency-wide planning and cultureWhat You BringRequiredActive, unrestricted Colorado Registered Nurse (RN) license5+ years of nursing experience, including 3+ years in a home health, home care or community-based leadership roleWorking knowledge of Colorado home care agency regulations, including Class AProven ability to grow a service line and manage to a budgetValid driver’s license, insurable driving record, and ability to pass background checks, including CAPSPreferredBSN or higherPrior experience as Director of Nursing or clinical manager for a licensed agencyExperience with senior care, dementia care and care transitionsCompensation and BenefitsBase salary: $100,000 to $115,000, depending on experienceQuarterly bonus tied to nursing program growthPaid time offHealth, dental and vision insurance401(k) with company matchCompany vehicleWorking ConditionsThis role combines office work in Castle Rock with regular travel to client homes, referral partners and community events.
