This is a high-impact recruiting role supporting a Consulting organization, with a strong focus on full-cycle recruitment, stakeholder partnership, consulting talent, and senior-level hiring.
Job Title: Senior Talent Acquisition SpecialistLocation: Purchase, NY – Hybrid (3 days/week onsite)Alternative Locations: Arlington, VA or Boston, MA may be consideredDuration: 6 Months
Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesManage the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing through offer and closeSupport recruiting needs for the organization’s Consulting groupManage approximately 20+ requisitions during peak hiring periods, with hiring volume fluctuating based on business needsRecruit primarily for intermediate through Director-level talent, with some VP-level hiringPartner closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to understand workforce and talent requirementsDevelop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to identify qualified consulting professionalsUnderstand consulting staffing models, including bench management and consultant placementProvide recruiting expertise and talent-market insights to business stakeholdersManage multiple searches and competing priorities in a fast-paced consulting environmentConduct candidate screening, interview coordination, offer management, and candidate closingBuild strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional stakeholders throughout the recruitment lifecycleMaintain accurate candidate and requisition information within the applicable ATS/CRM
Must-Have SkillsStrong full-cycle / end-to-end recruiting experienceExperience recruiting within a consulting organization or consulting environmentStrong understanding of consulting talent models, bench management, and consultant placementExperience recruiting intermediate through Director-level professionals, with exposure to senior-level hiringStrong stakeholder management and business partnership skillsProven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously, including periods of 20+ active openingsStrong sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate-closing skillsAbility to operate independently and manage competing prioritiesExperience using an ATS or CRM recruiting system
Nice-to-HavePrevious recruiting experience with major consulting organizations such as Accenture, Boston Consulting Group (BCG), or similar consulting firmsExperience supporting technology, product, or business consulting talentExperience recruiting within financial services, fintech, payments, or technologyExperience with Workday or similar enterprise ATS platformsExperience managing recruiting in a high-volume consulting environment

EducationBachelor’s degree is preferred, but not required
A reasonable, good faith estimate of the hourly wage for this position is $55 - $60 Hourly on W2, depending on experience and location.
