Acheron Instruments Pvt Ltd is a Pakistan-based manufacturer and exporter of surgical instruments, serving hospitals, distributors, and healthcare institutions in more than 35 countries. With an in-house production facility in Sialkot, a Lahore head office, and international office presence in the USA, Australia, and the UAE, the company is expanding its digital brand presence across global healthcare markets.

We are seeking a Social Media Manager and Videographer to develop engaging content that communicates Acheron’s products, manufacturing capabilities, quality standards, and international presence. The role is based in Lahore and combines social media strategy, content planning, on-site video production, editing, and performance analysis.

• Plan and manage content calendars for relevant social media platforms.
• Create, shoot, edit, and publish short-form videos, product demonstrations, factory content, interviews, and campaign assets.
• Develop captions, creative concepts, visual stories, and platform-specific content aligned with the medical devices sector.
• Coordinate with sales, production, and management teams to collect accurate product information.

Job Specification

• Hands-on experience managing business or brand social media accounts, preferably for healthcare, medical devices, manufacturing, or export businesses.
• Strong videography and video-editing ability, including framing, lighting, audio, transitions, subtitles, and short-form formats.
• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Canva, or comparable production software.
• Ability to plan content calendars, write clear captions, and adapt content for different platforms and audiences.
• Working knowledge of social media analytics, paid campaign basics, audience insights, and performance reporting.
• Strong photography, visual storytelling, copywriting, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to work on-site, coordinate shoots, handle multiple deadlines, and present technical product information accurately.
