Hiring: Client Sales Executive – US Staffing (Non-IT)

Work Mode: 100% Remote – India

Shift: 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST (US Night Shift)

We are looking for a Client Sales Executive to join our growing US staffing & recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have strong US voice/calling experience , lead-generation skills, and the ability to build relationships with US clients.

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective US clients

• Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads

• Identify new business opportunities for non-IT staffing & recruitment

• Build and maintain relationships with US clients

• Understand client hiring requirements and coordinate with the recruitment team

• Maintain sales pipelines and follow-ups

• Work collaboratively using Agile ways of working

• Experience in US voice process / outbound calling / B2B sales

• Strong English communication and client-handling skills

• Experience in lead generation and cold calling

• US staffing/recruitment sales experience is preferred

• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment

• Willingness to work the 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST shift
