Senior Architect

We are looking for a Qualified Architect with 10 to 16 yrs. of experience in Commercial and mixed use projects. He / She should have ability to perform all phases of architectural work including planning, designing and overseeing the construction documentation. This role involves coordination with Consultants, clients, site and PMC. He/ She will be involved in new building designs, extensions and alterations from the earliest stages right through to completion. He / She should be able to Mentor and lead team of Architects and Technician to achieve the design and deliverables in line with project need. The goal is to match client’s needs and to produce sustainable, functional and aesthetically pleasing design and detail. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Design Development and mana
