About the PositionSaconde, LLC is seeking a confident, energetic, professional, and results-driven Luxury Livestream Sales Host to join our growing luxury resale business in Manhattan, New York.In this position, you will host live online shopping events featuring an extensive selection of authenticated luxury merchandise, including designer handbags, jewelry, clothing, shoes, accessories, and other high-end fashion products.The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication and presentation skills, understands luxury fashion, and can engage audiences while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
CompensationThis position offers competitive annual base compensation ranging from $90,000 to $150,000, depending on experience, qualifications, product knowledge, presentation abilities, and relevant professional experience.Full-time W-2 employmentAnnual base pay of $90,000 - $150,000Regular payroll with applicable tax withholdingOpportunities for professional growth and advancement
Key ResponsibilitiesHost professional livestream selling sessions featuring luxury handbags, jewelry, clothing, footwear, accessories, and other designer merchandise.Present products accurately, confidently, and enthusiastically to potential customers.Communicate product details, including brand, condition, materials, features, authenticity information, and pricing.Engage with livestream audiences, answer customer inquiries, and provide an interactive shopping experience.Build and maintain positive relationships with returning customers and viewers.Maintain a professional and welcoming on-camera presence.Collaborate with the sales, inventory, merchandising, and operations teams to prepare merchandise for livestream presentations.Assist with product selection, presentation planning, and livestream preparation.Follow company procedures concerning merchandise handling, inventory protection, customer communications, and sales transactions.Maintain accurate product descriptions and avoid misleading representations.Support company sales objectives through professionalism, product knowledge, and effective audience engagement.Maintain confidentiality concerning company operations, customer information, pricing strategies, and proprietary business information.
QualificationsStrong communication, interpersonal, and public-speaking skills.Confidence presenting products and interacting with customers on camera.Interest in or familiarity with luxury fashion, designer brands, and premium merchandise.Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.Ability to maintain energy, professionalism, and audience engagement throughout livestream sessions.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Reliability, punctuality, and a professional work ethic.Ability to work on-site at our Manhattan studio.
Preferred QualificationsPrevious experience in livestream selling, retail sales, luxury resale, luxury fashion, or e-commerce.Experience with Whatnot, TikTok Live, eBay Live, or similar selling platforms.Familiarity with luxury brands such as Hermès, Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Dior, and other premium designers.Experience presenting or selling high-value merchandise.Demonstrated ability to engage audiences and develop repeat customers.
Work ScheduleThis is a full-time, on-site position based in Manhattan, New York.The standard workweek is 40 hours. Specific workdays and livestream schedules will be established by management based on operational needs.Evening and weekend availability may be required.Employees will receive overtime compensation when required by applicable federal and New York State law.
