Spectral Consultants is #hiring # PMO - Associate Manager to join a dynamic global team supporting proposal operations, sales enablement, and business development initiatives.

Location: Bengaluru/ Gurgaon

Experience: 5–10 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Manage PMO activities across multiple projects and operational initiatives

• Track project plans, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and action items

• Prepare MIS reports, KPI dashboards, RAG status reports, and management presentations

• Maintain RAID logs, decision logs, action trackers, and governance documentation

• Coordinate with internal teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and leadership

• Monitor operational performance, SLAs, resource utilization, workload, and capacity

• Support budget tracking, forecasting, cost monitoring, and variance reporting

• Organize governance meetings, prepare MoMs, track actions, and drive closure

• Identify delivery risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies and ensure timely escalation

• Support continuous improvement initiatives across processes, reporting, and governance

• Ensure adherence to PMO processes, controls, timelines, and reporting standards

Must-Have Skills
