Role Description The Social Media Manager (Video Editor) is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role involves planning and executing social media campaigns, creating and scheduling posts across platforms, and optimizing content for engagement and reach. The person in this position will film, edit, and produce short-form and long-form video content, ensuring brand consistency and high production quality. Daily tasks include collaborating with internal teams to gather content ideas, writing captions and scripts, monitoring performance analytics, and adjusting strategy based on insights. The Social Media Manager (Video Editor) will also respond to audience interactions, stay up to date with platform trends, and maintain a content calendar to support ongoing marketing initiatives.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO), with experience managing brand presence across major platforms.
- Ability to develop and implement effective Content Strategy aligned with business and audience goals.
- Excellent Communication and Writing skills for captions, scripts, and community engagement.
- Hands-on experience with video production and editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software).
- Understanding of social media analytics, reporting, and performance optimization.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Prior experience in a social media or digital marketing role; agency or consulting background is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
