Family Nurse Practitioner (PH4307 - Encino Park)

The Family Nurse Practitioner reports to the Director of Family Medicine regarding administrative, provider relations and other day to day guidance. Assigned to supervising physician under the Texas Medical Board for medical consults and abides by appropriate clinical protocols. Provides quality, comprehensive out-patient primary health care services to the Center’s Family Medicine patients of all ages. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Examines, diagnoses, treats and/or refers patients assigned to physician’s panel, on an out-patient basis.
