Path to Workshop Manager: Lead 25-Strong Team

Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited in Cheltenham are partnering with a leading fleet maintenance business to recruit a Workshop Supervisor (Progression to Manager). You will oversee a team of 25 workshop staff, manage fleet issues, negotiate with parts suppliers and provide financial reports to the directors.The role is Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm, with 40 hours per week and optional overtime paid at 1.5x.
