Role Responsibilities:
Lead and manage an Inside Sales/Voice Process team.
Drive sales performance and ensure achievement of business targets.
Monitor team productivity, conversions, and revenue.
Manage team attrition and shrinkage effectively.
Conduct regular coaching, feedback, and performance review sessions.
Ensure adherence to sales processes and quality standards.
Prepare and analyze MIS reports and other performance metrics.

Required Skills:
Minimum 7 years of experience in Voice Process/Sales.
Hands-on experience in Inside Sales and B2 C Sales.
Strong team handling experience.
Experience in managing attrition and shrinkage.
Good understanding of sales KPIs, productivity, and performance management.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Graduation is mandatory.
