About the RoleOur client, a global investment bank, is moving its HR operations onto Oracle HCM Cloud and needs a functional consultant to support the program. You’ll bring hands-on functional expertise in Absence Management, Time & Labor and Workforce Administration, build and maintain the queries the HR and project teams rely on, and turn business needs into requirements the technical team can build from.
Much of the work sits around the migration itself: validating converted data, writing and running test plans, and making sure what lands in Oracle HCM Cloud matches how the business actually works.
If you’ve configured Absence Management and Time & Labor in Oracle HCM Cloud yourself, not only supported users on it, this is that role.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide Oracle HCM Cloud functional expertise across Absence Management, Time & Labor and Workforce AdministrationCreate and maintain queries as requiredDocument business requirements for technical teamsValidate data migration activitiesCreate and execute test plans
Required QualificationsFunctional knowledge of Oracle HCM CloudExpertise in Absence Management, Time & Labor and Workforce AdministrationExperience creating queriesExperience documenting business requirements for technical teamsExperience with data migration validationExperience creating and executing test plans
Preferred QualificationsPrevious experience supporting Oracle HCM Cloud projects or implementationsExperience working with HR systems and processes
