Eduaxs Solutions is looking for experienced professionals to join us as Freelance Career & Education Counsellors.

Professional experience is compulsory, but it can be from any industry, background or department. No specific industry experience is required. Excellent communication skills are a must.

This is a remote freelance opportunity focused on supporting students and early-career professionals in making informed academic and career decisions.

• Conduct online counselling sessions and understand individual goals, interests and strengths.
• Guide candidates towards suitable courses, institutions and career paths.
• Provide guidance on skill development, employability and career opportunities.
• Handle student enquiries and regular follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate counselling and follow-up records in the CRM.
• Collaborate with internal teams and participate in virtual seminars, webinars or workshops when required.

• Candidates with a background in Psychology, Education, Counselling or related fields
• Experienced professionals with strong communication and people-handling skills from any industry or department
• Professionals returning to work after a career break

• Prior professional experience is compulsory.
• Experience can be from any industry, background or department .
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
• Strong interpersonal, listening and relationship-building skills.
• Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
• Psychology or Education background is an advantage, not mandatory .
• Career counselling certification is an advantage, not mandatory .
• Comfortable using CRM, WhatsApp and online meeting platforms.
• Ability to work independently in a remote freelance setup.
