• Candidate must have knowledge of Designing with team handeling capcity.
• Candidate must have knowledge of rules of regulations of UDCPR... CIDCO ..NAINA...MSRDC.
• Candidate have experience of Redevelopment projects.

Role and responsibilities -

• Develop conceptual and detailed architectural designs for buildings, renovations, and adaptive reuse.
• Create technical drawings, construction documents, and presentations.
• Collaborate with clients, civil engineers, contractors, and regulatory bodies for approvals and construction coordination
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, ensure quality control, and solve design-related issues on the ground.

Job Type: Full-time

Experience:

• DESIGNING: 2 years (Required)
• ARCHITECTURE: 3 years (Required)

Salary : 20000 to 25000 + Incentives
