Guest Relations Executives

Job description : Single point of contact for visiting auditors, inspectors, certification bodies and customer representatives. Covers the full visit lifecycle form travel and hotel, airport transfers, meals, local transport, site hosting at the INA3 facility in Sawardha, along with coordination with Quality/Compliance/EHS teams, etc. Business dinners and extended hours during visit periods are part of the role.

Requirements:

- 3–5 years in guest relations, front office, corporate hospitality, client servicing, etc.

- Hotel management or hospitality diploma preferred, or prior hotel/airline/events experience

- Fluent English and Hindi, polished professional presence

- Willing to travel frequently to Sawarda and work irregular hours during visits
