We're looking for a Game Designer who can build with us the next hybrid casual puzzle hit .

What You'll Do

• Analyze top-charting hybrid-casual and puzzle titles to source and validate new mechanics
• Design and prototype hybrid-casual & puzzle mechanics from concept through to a playable build
• Develop concepts with solid fundamentals - goal, fail condition, depth
• Own level design end-to-end across a full progression curve
• Collaborate directly with our developer and artist to get concepts into testing quickly, iterating on internal and external playtest feedback
• Review game feel - flow, pacing, sound, the details that matter

What We're Looking For

• 3-5 years of mobile puzzle game design experience, with real ownership of a shipped title's level design 
• Widely played mobile gamer, able to clearly articulate what's strong or weak about the design of games.
• Strong ideation instincts - you think market, not just mechanics
• Proven level design ability - balanced, well-paced, intentional
• Genuine passion for playing and deconstructing games
• Sharp eye for game feel and attention to detail
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and analysis skills.
• A team player who communicates clearly and moves fast
