- Develop and Process wage and production data and utilize to make recommendations.
- Maintain daily auditing to resolve discrepancies, errors or omissions.
- Review field paperwork to assist in resolving missing data for production and sales recognition.
- Provide work direction and training to other department administrative personnel.
- Provide project coordination between internal & external teams to ensure accurate reporting.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience with construction accounting preferred.
- Robust mathematical proficiency with a focus on accuracy.
- Office, customer service and phone experience preferred
- 10 Key and data entry, speed and accuracy is required
- Microsoft Office knowledge and experience with other software applications preferred
- Ability to work well with others in a team environment.
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
- Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing.
- Ability to multi-task and handle workloads of varying volume.
- Reliable, on time and be ready to work daily.
