Branch Manager - Home Loans
Location: Rajkot
Experience: 3 to 7 Years in the Home Loan / Housing Finance sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive business generation and manage branch operations, P&L, and team performance.
Hire, train, and mentor the sales team on processes and credit parameters.
Conduct field visits, market mapping, and personal discussions/property checks for loans.
What We Need:
Experience: 3 to 7 Years in the Home Loan / Housing Finance sector.
Education: Graduate with strong numerical and sales acumen.
