We’re hiring a Delivery Lead for a banking client. You’ll lead lending integration and migration work inside the client’s Wealth Management technology ecosystem. You’ll be the main link between business and technology teams, from planning through post-implementation.What you’ll doOwn delivery of lending integration and migration initiatives across Wealth and Lending teamsRepresent technology in governance forums, steering committees, and executive status updatesTurn business priorities, risks, and requirements into clear direction for engineering, architecture, QA, operations, and vendorsManage schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, and mitigation plansMake decisions, remove roadblocks, and escalate early when timelines or budgets are at riskSupport planning, testing, deployment, and post-implementation activitiesMust haves5+ years as a Delivery Lead or Technical Lead in enterprise environmentsStrong knowledge of Wealth Management platforms, products, and workflowsDeep knowledge of lending technology, lending operations, and the full lending lifecycleHands-on experience with LoanIQ, Systematics, Supernova, or similar lending platformsExperience leading technology migrations, platform implementations, and integrations in banking or financial servicesDevelopment or technical background. You can follow architecture, integrations, data flows, and dependenciesAgile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall delivery experience xzbcwsv Strong stakeholder management and communication skillsNice to havesLarge bank or financial institution backgroundAdvisor technology, client onboarding, or portfolio management systemsConsumer, commercial, private banking, or wealth lending productsAPIs, enterprise integrations, cloud or platform modernizationPMP, CSM, SAFe, or similar certificationsJira, Confluence, Azure DevOpsRegulatory, compliance, or risk knowledge in financial services
