System Controls Engineer

Must-Have Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in PLC Programming and Control Logic Development
• Experience with HVAC / Refrigeration Controls
• Experience in HVAC system integration
• Hands-on experience with HMI/SCADA
• Knowledge of control systems, sensors, actuators, VFDs and control sequences
• Experience with system testing, troubleshooting and commissioning
• Exposure to BMS/DDC and communication protocols such as BACnet/Modbus will be an added advantage

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop, modify and troubleshoot PLC control logic for HVAC/Refrigeration systems.
• Design and implement control sequences for HVAC equipment such as chillers, AHUs, pumps, cooling towers and related systems .
• Integrate PLCs with HMI/SCADA/BMS and other control systems.
• Configure and troubleshoot sensors, pressure/flow controls, VFDs and other field devices .
• Participate in system integration, testing, commissioning and troubleshooting activities.
• Work closely with engineering teams to understand requirements and deliver reliable control solutions.
• Prepare and maintain relevant control logic, system documentation and technical specifications .

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation / Mechatronics / Automation Engineering or a related discipline.
