Day-to-Day:Insight Global is seeking a Member Services Analyst to support our client on site in Pittsburgh. Our client is a financial services company, and this role provides member support to institutions that leverage our client for funding and liquidity services. The Member Services Analyst will:Answer member phone calls and assist with routine inquiries. Help resolve member issues and escalate more complex concerns, as needed.Support beginning and end-of-day operational tasks. Follow organized process flows and procedures across multiple functions.Assist with member events such as new member onboarding, mergers, acquisitions, and name changes.Support the team with reporting and maintaining critical documentation.Manage special projects and initiatives including but not limited to: o Document reviews o Procedure formatting and technical writing o Records managementPerform related internal and external research and data analysis, as requested. xzbcwsv Process applications and disbursements for down payment/closing cost assistance to first time homebuyers.
