Jio is inviting application for the role Service Delivery Project Manager Requirements Experience : 05-12 years Education : BE/BTech (MBA preferred) Job Description Responsible for end-to-end Technical Solutions Delivery Project Management Manage the delivery of complete project scope and committed deliverables as per the contract Technical solution and services Implementation as per customer requirements (DLD LLD) Manage project activities, risks and resource requirements during the project lifecycle Regular monitoring and reporting of the progress of projects to all the stakeholders internal and external Review monitor project KPIs/SLAs as per the contract Ensure SLA compliance in coordination with internal teams at Circles, NHQ, NOC and relevant external stake holders Advise project changes and interventions to achieve project output in consultation with customer/sales/business/cross functional teams Manage vendor relationships to ensure efficient service deliverables and RMA processing Maintain close interface with customer and project stakeholders for smooth and timely execution of projects Key skill sets: Service Delivery Project Management Project Planning & Execution Technical Delivery Manager Project Co-Ordinator Project Delivery
