<p> Strategic Planning &amp; Business Analysis: </p> <p> Support the Managing Director in evaluating business performance, strategic priorities, and growth opportunities. </p> <p> Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry benchmarking. </p> <p> Develop business presentations, reports, dashboards, and analytical insights for leadership reviews. </p> <p> Project Management : </p> <p> Lead and coordinate strategic projects from concept to execution. </p> <p> Track project milestones, timelines, risks, and deliverables across functions. </p> <p> Ensure timely execution of key organizational initiatives. </p> <p> Executive Support: </p> <p> Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and executive summaries. </p> <p> Compile business reports to enable faster and informed decision-making. </p> <p> Follow up with business leaders on action items and strategic priorities. </p> <p> Cross Functional Coordination: </p> <p> Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Manufacturing, Finance, HR, Marketing, Supply Chain, and other departments. </p> <p> Drive seamless communication between internal and external stakeholders. </p> <p> Facilitate alignment on strategic business initiatives. </p> <p> Business Improvement: </p> <p> Identify opportunities for operational improvements and process optimization. </p> <p> Recommend practical solutions backed by data and business insights. </p> <p> Support implementation of organizational transformation initiatives. </p> <p> Qualification and Technical Skills </p> <p> Educati on - MBA (Finance) or Qualified Chartered Accountant </p> <p>(CA)Experi ence - 6–7 years of relevant experience working w ith senior leadership, business strategy, consulting, PMO, or Executive Office roles will be preferred. </p> <p> Technical Sk ills - Strong business analysis and strategic thinking, Excellent project management capabilities, advanced MS Excel and Power Point skills, Strong presentation and report preparation skills, Data interpretation and analytical problem-solving and Business research and market analysis </p>
