Key Responsibilities
- Assist in designing and developing new collections.
- Conduct trend, fabric, colour, and market research.
- Create mood boards, fashion illustrations, sketches, and design concepts.
- Assist with fabric, trims, embroidery, and accessory sourcing.
- Coordinate with tailors, karigars, vendors, and production teams for sampling and execution.
- Assist with garment fittings, alterations, finishing, and quality checks.
- Follow up on samples and production timelines.
- Support styling, photoshoots, exhibitions, and collection launches when required.
Qualifications & Skills
- Degree/Diploma in Fashion Design, Apparel Design, Textile Design, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience; freshers and interns are welcome to apply.
- Good understanding of fabrics, garment construction, colours, silhouettes and fashion trends.
- Strong fashion illustration and sketching skills.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about fashion.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with designers, artisans, vendors, and production teams.
The position offered will be based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and portfolio.
